Catering
In the old monasteries, the tradition of preparing
simple but delicious meals was treasured. Of course, these meals received
additional nutritional value from home-grown herbs and vegetables. The
meals were accompanied by home-brewed beer, house wine and bitters to
round of the order of courses.
Also at our house, nobody has ever left the table unsatisfied or hungry.
Our menu is varied. It includes local cooking traditions. The ingredients
for the food we offer our guests are mainly provided by regional farms
and producers.
Our staff can offer the appropriate order of courses and drinks for every
kind of event; it may be a stand-up do or a banquet in our Festival Hall,
varied buffets for your family parties or a „fast“ snack
buffet during your conference break.
